– Green breakfast shake with 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, 1/2 cup cold water, 3 cups fresh spinach, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 scoop calcium powder, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, and the contents of 1 probiotics capsule (200 calories)

– 2 mugs green and white mint tea (0 calories)

– 1 cup puffed wheat, 1 cup puffed kamut, 1/2 cup Fruit Not Fat Galaxy Granola Vanilla Almond, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, a few frozen blueberries, and 1 sliced banana (550 calories)

– Baby potatoes panfried in 1/2 tsp grape seed oil and dipped in homemade ketchup, plus a few dry-roasted almonds and a slice of smoky Gruyere cheese (250 calories)

– Baby carrots, BBQ Eat Right chips (leftovers from my indulgent weekend :D), a spoonful of almond butter and 1 apple with 3 tbsp PB2 (650 calories)

– 1 mug green and white mint tea (0 calories)

– Salad with romaine lettuce, tomato, and homemade mustard/maple dressing, plus 1 apple (100 calories)
