– 1 apple with 3 tbsp PB2 and 1 glass water (150 calories)

– 3 mugs pomegranate green tea (0 calories)

– Steel-cut oats with 1/2 banana, 1.5 tbsp PB2, and cinnamon (250 calories)

– Salad with romaine lettuce, homemade hummus, tomato, and clover/alfalfa/radish/mustard sprouts, plus 1 apple and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (200 calories)

– 2 mugs pomegranate green tea (0 calories)

– 1 carrot with homemade hummus, plus 1.5 dark chocolate squares with 2 tbsp PB2 and some dry-roasted almonds, as well as 1 glass water (350 calories)

– 1 carrot, a few dry-roasted almonds with raisins, and a small glass unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze (150 calories)

– My own veganized version of  Healthy Tipping Point’s Santa Fe casserole (I exchange the shredded cheese for cheezy sauce, reduce the amount of olive oil, used 1/2 cup plain unsweetened Almond Breeze instead of 3/4 cup milk, 1 can mixed beans instead of 1/2 can each red and kidney beans, yellow onion for red onion, broccoli and spinach for green pepper, flax seed/water instead of eggs, and added some crushed red pepper flakes) plus 2 glasses red wine (700 calories)
