– Steel-cut oats with 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp PB2, and cinnamon (200 calories)

– Leftover Santa Fe casserole, plus 2 mugs pomegranate green tea (300 calories)

– Salad with mixed spring greens, tomato, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and homemade hummus, plus 1 mug pomegranate green tea (100 calories)

– Carrot sticks and 2 apples with cinnamon, plus 2 mugs pomegranate green tea (200 calories)

– Air-popped popcorn with sea salt and Earth Balance, plus 1 apple with PB2 and 3 glasses water (900 calories)
