– Green breakfast shake with 1/2 cup VitaCoco Pineapple Coconut water, 1/2 cup unsweetened plain Almond Breeze, 3 cups fresh spinach, 1/2 scoop calcium powder, the contents of 1 probiotics capsule, and 1/2 frozen banana, plus 1 piece whole wheat toast with 1 poached egg and 1 piece rye toast with peanut butter (600 calories)

– Oatmeal (1/3 cup blend of whole grain rolled oats, rye, barley, spelt, and wheat flakes) with 1 heaping tbsp PB2, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup water (250 calories)

– Carrot sticks, 1 glass water, and Galaxy Granola Vanilla Almond/Not Sweet Vanilla/Cranberry Orange flavours (700 calories)

– Some spicy chickpeas and 1/2 banana with nut butter (250 calories)

– 1 glass red wine spritzer plus a few bites of noodles in peanut sauce (200 calories)
