– Oatmeal with 1/3 cup blend whole grain rolled oats/rye/wheat/spelt/barley flakes, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, 2 tbsp PB2, and a splash of unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze (300 calories)

– 1/2 banana with 1 tbsp PB2 (100 calories)

– 2 romaine lettuce wraps filled with leftover Espinacas con Garbanzos and clover/radish/mustard/alfalfa sprouts, plus a few dry-roasted almonds and 1 glass water (400 calories)

– Garden Salad at the Star Conservatory Restaurant in Assiniboine Park (romaine lettuce, tomato, red and green pepper, carrots, and red onion with a red wine vinaigrette), plus garlic toast and 2 cups green tea (500 calories)

– 1 glass water, a couple homemade brownies with nut butter, a tiny glass red wine, and a few more dry-roasted almonds (400 calories)

– 1 kabob with red/green/yellow pepper and beef, plus some baby potatoes with butter and spices, all of it grilled on the barbecue (first barbecue of the season!) and 1.5 glasses red wine, plus a few spoonfuls Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream (700 calories)
