– 1/2 apple with 1.5 tbsp PB2 and 1 glass water (100 calories)

– Oatmeal (1/3 cup whole grain rolled oats/spelt/barley/rye/wheat flakes) with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp PB2, almond butter, and cinnamon (350 calories)

– 1/2 banana with almond butter and 2 rice cakes with almond butter/applesauce, plus 1 mug red espresso tea (500 calories)

– 1 piece whole wheat toast with Earth Balance with 1 mug red espresso tea (150 calories)

– Whole wheat bun with roast chicken, tomato, homemade hummus, whole grain mustard, and sprouts, plus some leftover snobby joe lentil filling, 1/2 apple with PB2 and chocolate chips and 1 glass water (550 calories)

– 1 piece whole wheat toast with 1 poached egg plus 1 piece rye toast and 1 whole wheat bun with Earth Balance (550 calories)

– Carrot with roasted red pepper dip, pistachios, and 2 rice cakes with honey (400 calories)

– 1 mug red espresso tea and 1 cup water (0 calories)

You know those days when all you really want is grains with fats (ie. Earth Balance and nut butter)? Well, I was having one of those days. As you might have been able to tell 😀 I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s vegetables.
