– 2 Van’s vegan/gluten-free waffled topped with 1 tsp each Earth Balance and maple syrup, plus a small spoonful almond/peanut butter (350 calories)

– Vegan chickpea roti from Soma Cafe with 2 glasses water (450 calories)

– Salad with mixed spring greens, alfalfa/radish/clover/mustard sprouts, balsamic vinegar, cucumber, and homemade hummus, plus 1 glass water (100 calories)
