– Oatmeal with 1/3 cup whole grain rolled oats/wheat flakes/barley flakes/rye flakes/spelt flakes, 2 tbsp soy milk powder, 1 tbsp chocolate rice protein powder, cinnamon, 1/2 sliced banana, and 1 cup water (300 calories)

– 1 apple with 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light cheese (150 calories)

– Another green shake (100 calories)

– 1 apple (100 calories)

– Carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, and cucumber slices with hummus (200 calories)

– 1 mug hot chocolate (50 calories)

– BBQ Popchips (350 calories)

– Apple with 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light cheese plus 1 mug pomegranate green tea (150 calories)

– Another green shake (150 calories)

– 1 mug pomegranate green tea (0 calories)

– Sugar snap peas, carrots, and cucumber with hummus, plus 1 mug pomegranate green tea (200 calories)

– Grapes and 1 cup So Good chocolate soy milk (250 calories)

– 1 cup water and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (0 calories)

– Oatmeal with 1/3 cup whole grain rolled oats/spelt flakes/wheat flakes/rye flakes/barley flakes, 1/2 sliced banana, cinnamon, 2 tbsp soy milk powder, 1 tbsp chocolate rice protein powder, and 2 tbsp peanut butter (500 calories)

– 1 apple with 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (150 calories)

– Salad with romaine lettuce, tomato, and hummus, plus some carrot sticks and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (50 calories)

– Homemade casserole with basmati rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, corn, peas, canned tuna, edamame, soy cheese, Bragg’s soy sauce, liquid smoke, grapeseed oil, and an assortment of spices, plus 1 mug pomegranate green tea (350 calories)

I love starting my morning off with green shakes! This coming from the girl who used to need a pile of grains first thing in the morning in order to function…

– 2 mugs pomegranate green tea (0 calories)

– 1 apple with cinnamon, plus 1 mug pomegranate green tea (100 calories)

– 1 bowl homemade 15-bean and potato soup, plus another apple with cinnamon (500 calories)

– Another small bowl homemade soup with another apple  (400 calories)

– 1 mug peppermint tea (0 calories)

– A few “Food Should Taste Good” jalapeno chips (150 calories)

– Carrot sticks, celery sticks, and snap peas with 1 mug pomegranate green tea (150 calories)

– Oatmeal with 1/3 cup whole grain rolled oats/rye/barley/spelt/wheat flakes, 1/2 cup water, 1 banana, cinnamon, and 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (350 calories)

– Steamed corn, carrots, peas, green beans, and edamame (400 calories)

– 3 romaine lettuce wraps containing shrimp (grilled on the George Foreman), whole grain mustard, cucumber, and tomato slices (150 calories)

– Dr. McDougall’s tomato soup with added white beans (50 calories) I hadn’t soaked the beans for long enough, so they made my tummy hurt and I couldn’t finish the rest of the soup :(
