I’m dealing with some disordered eating lately, which is manifesting itself in compulsive overeating- right now I’m just taking baby steps to try to work my way through it and prevent myself from serious binging. Mentally I am doing better, although as you can see physically there is still over-eating going on. Next week I will return to logging body fat percentage/body weight; the past couple weeks I wanted to remove myself from the scale while I’ve been a little emotionally fragile.
