– 1 whole wheat Tall Grass Prairie bun with an Yves veggie dog grilled on the George Foreman, plus homemade ketchup and romaine lettuce, as well as cucumber and celery with hummus (450 calories)

– Air-popped popcorn with Earth Balance and sea salt, plus some homemade vegan chocolate and bread with Earth Balance and honey, as well as 2 cups water (900 calories)

– A carrot and 1/2 green breakfast shake with big handful romaine lettuce, alfalfa/radish/clover/mustard sprouts, handful frozen blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 cups cold water, 1/2 tbsp each wheat germ and ground flax, the contents of 1 probiotics capsule, 1 scoop calcium/magnesium powder (150 calories) This tasted a little bit “too green” for my liking- I think next time if I add that many greens, I’ll also make sure to increase the amount of bananas/blueberries (at least by a little bit), too. That’s why I only drank half of it. Plus, it was huge!

– Oatmeal with 1/3 cup whole grain rolled oats/rye/barley/spelt/wheat flakes, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1/2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (300 calories)

– Steamed corn/green beans/peas/carrots and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (150 calories)

– 2 apples and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (150 calories)

– Carrot sticks and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (100 calories)

– Salad with romaine lettuce, alfalfa/radish/clover/mustard sprouts, homemade dressing (I combined coconut oil with a couple frozen blueberries, a drizzle of honey, the juice of 1/2 lemon plus some lemon zest, and a pinch of salt), chopped celery, cucumber, and tomato (100 calories)

– 1 apple and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (100 calories)

– A couple more mugs pomegranate green tea (0 calories)
