– 1 apple and 2 mugs pomegranate green tea (100 calories)

– Homemade creamy carrot soup, some romaine lettuce leaves, and 1 mug pomegranate green tea (300 calories)

– Leftover snobby joe filling (only about a mouthful), 1 almond butter ball, 1 glass water, 1 apple with 4 tbsp PB2 (250 calories)

– 1 rice cake with NuttZo and applesauce, a few baby carrots, and a handful each dry-roasted almonds and kamut puffs (400 calories)
