– Green breakfast shake with 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, 1/2 cup cold water, 3 cups fresh spinach, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1/2 scoop calcium powder, and the contents of 1 probiotics capsule, plus 1 apple with 4 tbsp PB2 (350 calories)

– Small handful Vanilla Almond Fruit Not Fat Galaxy Granola, a few frozen peas, and a spoonful almond butter (250 calories)

– 2 homemade blueberry banana date muffins with some almond butter and 2 mugs green and white mint tea (300 calories) The recipe is on my Recipe page.

– Leftover roasted baby potatoes pan-fried in 1 tsp grape seed oil to brown them and topped with black pepper and dipped in homemade ketchup, as well as the last of the leftover roast chicken on a bed of clover/alfalfa/radish/mustard sprouts, topped with a dollop of whole grain mustard and homemade hummus, plus 1 glass water (400 calories) This was super delicious!

– Another muffin with a smear of Earth Balance, plus a small bowl puffed wheat/Vanilla Almond Galaxy Granola with unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze, as well as 1 mug green and white mint tea (300 calories)

– Air-popped popcorn with Earth Balance and sea salt, plus 2 big glasses water (800 calories)
