- Green breakfast shake with 1 cup water, the contents of a probiotic capsule, 1 tbsp each wheat germ and egg whites, 1/2 scoop calcium/magnesium powder, handful romaine lettuce, 1/2 frozen banana, and 1/3 cup frozen blueberries (I had half), plus 1/2 apple with peanut butter (450 calories)

- 2 cups water (0 calories)

- Oikos plain non-fat Greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and Kay’s Naturals vanilla cereal (200 calories)

- 1 apple (100 calories)

- 1 cup water (0 calories)

- Strawberries and blueberries (200 calories)

- Carrot sticks and snap peas with 1 mug pomegranate green tea (150 calories)

- 1 apple plus 1 mug pomegranate green tea (100 calories)

- Whole wheat bun with homemade hummus, whole grain mustard, romaine lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, plus 2 glasses water and some strawberries (200 calories)

- 1 glass water (0 calories)

Total calories: 1,400

Exercise: 1 hour Body Attack class at Good Life Fitness; 1 hour walking; 1 hour biking
