Your food sounds SO good! I finally got sugar-free peanut butter . . . It’s going to take a minute to adjust to, but it’s good!

Is the peanut butter all-natural? That’s the stuff you want! Check the ingredients list: the only thing on the list should be “peanuts” (or “100% dry-roasted peanuts”). Nutrition labels can be so deceiving, so I tend to avoid reading them. It’s the ingredient list that has the information you REALLY want to know
